How soon will we have a functional Notion workspace?
You and your team members will be creating new notes and documents in Notion within one day.
- The complete setup—including initial configuration, core system architecture, custom workflows, and team onboarding—will be finished within 1-2 weeks.
- 3 revisions per workspace setup for fine-tuning and optimization based on team feedback
How do you provide training support?
After the initial setup, we provide one year of one on one and group implementation support to ensure your team fully adopts and maximizes the system. This includes:
- 3 hrs 1 on 1 training per quarter: Targeted support for specific team needs
- Weekly Group Coaching: Monitor progress and address any challenges
Will you help me with system maintenance?
You'll receive ongoing support for learning and adopting new workflows as Notion releases system updates and optimizations.
Additionally, you'll get quarterly guided workspace refreshes to update templates, procedures, and knowledge bases.

Will my data be secure?
Notion offers data encryption, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and robust access controls. While these are strong foundations, additional measures are necessary to ensure full protection.
